Returns & Refunds

At Levés, we believe shopping online should feel considered, transparent and straightforward. If your order is not quite right, you may request a return within 30 days of delivery, subject to the conditions below.

30-Day Return Window

You may request a return within 30 days of the date your order is marked as delivered.

To be eligible for a return, items must:

  • be unworn, unused and unwashed

  • be returned in their original condition

  • include any original packaging where applicable

  • show no visible signs of wear, damage or alteration

Items returned outside of the 30-day return period may not be accepted.

 

Non-Returnable Items

For hygiene reasons, we do not accept returns on:

  • underwear

  • socks

  • intimate garments

If any item is marked as non-returnable on the product page, this will apply in addition to the above.

How to Start a Return

To request a return or exchange, please contact our support team at:

Please include:

  • your order number

  • the item(s) you wish to return

  • the reason for your return or exchange request

Once your request has been reviewed, we will provide the correct return instructions.

Important note

Please do not send any item back without contacting us first.

Returns sent without prior approval may not be accepted or may be delayed in processing, as return instructions may vary depending on the order and destination.

Exchanges

If you would like to exchange an item, please contact support@leves-online.com within 30 days of delivery.

All exchanges are subject to:

  • item condition

  • stock availability

  • approval by our support team

If the requested replacement is unavailable, we may offer an alternative solution.

Return Shipping

Unless an item arrived damaged, defective or incorrect, return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.

We strongly recommend using a tracked shipping service and keeping your proof of postage until your return has been received and processed.

Please note that any customs duties, import taxes or return-related charges are the responsibility of the customer.

Levés is not responsible for returns that are lost in transit without valid tracking or proof of shipment.

Refunds

Once your return has been received and inspected, we will notify you by email regarding the outcome of your return.

If approved, your refund will be issued to your original payment method within 10 working days of the item arriving at our return facility.

Please note:

  • your bank or payment provider may require additional time to process the refund

  • shipping charges are generally non-refundable, unless the return is due to an error on our side

Late or Missing Refunds

If your refund has been approved but you have not received it after 10 working days, please first check with your bank or payment provider.

and we will be happy to investigate further.

Damaged, Defective or Incorrect Items

If your order arrives damaged, defective or incorrect, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery at:

support@leves-online.com

Please include:

  • your order number

  • clear photos of the item

  • clear photos of the packaging, where applicable

Claims submitted after this timeframe may not be eligible for review.

We use delivery confirmation and carrier tracking timestamps when assessing these cases.

Sizing Note

In some cases, the size shown on the garment label may differ from the size selected at checkout due to regional or manufacturing labelling standards.

However, the item sent will correspond to the size ordered on our website.
